Parking Team Leader Modules

Core Units Elective Units
  • Access learning opportunities;
  • Follow defined OHS policies and procedures;
  • Provide service to customers in a local government environment;
  • Work effectively in a local government environment;
  • Work with others in local government.
  • Manage quality customer service;
  • Participate in, lead and facilitate work teams;
  • Monitor areas under Council jurisdiction
  • Operate a computer to gain access to and retrieve data
  • Provide information and advice regarding the products / services of the enterprise to meet client needs
  • Process client complaints to ensure the goals of the enterprise are met
  • Collect and provide information to facilitate communication flow
  • Train small groups.

  • Collect and provide information to facilitate communication flow
  • Monitor cash control for accounting records
  • Train Small groups
