Matt Tyrrell has 30 years experience with the Hobart City Council. Matt is the Manager of Council's Customer Services and Parking Operations Business Unit, a position he has held for the past 10 years. Prior to this his background was in Finance, where he formerly Managed Council's Rates Department for a period of 6 years, and before this held various position in the Finance and Parking Enforcement areas of Council. Matt has been involved with the ANPSG since it's inception back in the 1990's, and was the initial Chairman elected by the group upon formalisation.

Michael has been in the ACT Government for 18 years. He originally started at the ACT Motor Registry and spent 3 years as a counter officer and supervisor. He then managed the Administration Section of Road User Services for 5 years, looking after accommodation, contracts, vehicles, communications and security of the vehicle testing stations and shopfronts. He then took over as manager of Domestic Animal Services for 3 years looking after dog pound facilities and rangers. Michael has been managing the ACT Parking Operations for last 5 years which has approximately 50 staff looking after enforcement, maintenance of ticket machines and parking meters, and the operation of '3 for Free' parking booths across the Canberra Region.

Leon Marskell has worked in the NSW Local Government sector for nearly 20 years. He has worked his way up through the ranks as an active Enforcement Officer dealing with all aspects of Local Government Enforcement. Leon's Career has enabled him to work in numerous Councils across NSW, including Woollahra, North Sydney, Byron Bay, Mudgee, Baulkham Hills and Liverpool Councils.

Leon is currently the Manager of Regulatory Services for the City of Ryde a position he has held for the past 4 1/2 years. He continues to actively be involved in the push for uniformity within Local Government Enforcement particularly in the area of Parking Enforcement. He is a 19 year member of the Australian Local Government Rangers Institute and active participant at ANPSG Workshops since 2003, and he was instrumental in presenting the 11th ANPSG Workshop in Sydney in 2007.

Graham has worked in the Parking and Traffic Branch for the City of Melbourne for over 24 years. He undertakes the position of Team Leader Enforcement Services, but is currently seconded as Co-ordinator Training and Business Development. Graham is responsible for the enforcement operations and the management of 110 officers.

Graham has conducted training at RMIT and Chisholm Institute in Victoria, and currently conducts training for authorised officers with the City of Melbourne and other Councils throughout Victoria.

Dennis commenced with the City of Perth in 2000 as Manager Compliance Services. The position involves management of 90 staff. Prior to commencing with the City of Perth, Dennis has held the positions of General Manager of the Derwent Valley Council in Tasmania, Chief Executive Officer of the former Shire of Sherbrooke in Victoria, Shire Secretary/Director Management of the former Shire of Narracan in Victoria and Assistant Town Clerk of the former City of Moe in Victoria.

Sally has worked for Brisbane City Council for the past 11 years. Sally holds the position of Regional Manager Citywide Services which looks after Central Parking, Environmental Management Team and the Rapid Response Group. Sally has undertaken many roles within the Regulatory functions of Brisbane City Council including Local Laws Officer, Animal Shelter Officer, Operational Supervisor and Team Leader.

Lisa Loveday and Sharon Prior have worked with Adelaide City Council for the last 7 years. They work in a job share capacity, each working 3 days per week. They currently undertake the role of Group Team Leaders of the Parking & Information Officers and have been in this role for 2.5 years. Previously they worked as Team Leaders in the Parking Administration area which is responsible for the back office processing of parking infringements following through to court prosecution, as well as Team Leaders in the Customer Centre. Prior to joining Adelaide City Council, both Lisa and Sharon worked with Ansett Airlines. They have been members of the ANPSG Committee since 2007.
